25 Quaint Cottagecore Crochet Patterns to Make

25 Quaint Cottagecore Crochet Patterns to Make

There's something enchanting about the cottagecore aesthetic that has always captured my heart. It transports me to a place where time slows down, to a quaint little cottage nestled by the sea, where simplicity reigns supreme.

Tending to a garden blooming with veggies or losing oneself in the pages of a novel beneath the shade of a sprawling tree, all while basking in the gentle embrace of nature.

So when I recently polled my community board about their favorite aesthetic for me to share next, it was no surprise that cottagecore emerged as a clear favorite. And thus, I couldn't resist the opportunity to curate a collection of crochet patterns inspired by this whimsical lifestyle.

And I will separate all of these patterns into six different categories: Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Accessories, Cardigans and Home Decor. The direct link to each pattern is provided below its photo.

First up is the Puff Sleeve Crop Top by TCDDIY. This piece exudes romance with its dramatically puffy sleeves, reminiscent of the costumes worn by Bella in the film Poor Things—a movie I adored, especially for its stunning costumes. While this pattern is more suitable for intermediate crocheters, the effort is truly worth it.

This is a made-to-measure pattern, so you’ll need to do a bit of math to ensure it fits you perfectly. The body of the top is created using the moss stitch, while the suzette stitch is used to craft those gorgeous puff sleeves. You can find the complete tutorial on TCDDIY's YouTube channel.
