Siren Summer Inspired Crochet Patterns

Siren Summer Inspired Crochet Patterns

Summer is around the corner and I have been seeing so many fun siren inspired looks on my Pinterest feed lately and so it inspired me to make this list of sirencore summer crochet patterns. There is a mix of free and paid patterns here as well as beginner to more advanced patterns so I feel that there is something on this list for everyone.

Whereas mermaidcore is more whimsical, dreamy and magical vibes with a color palette of pastels, shades of aqua, seafoam green, silver and pearl white; sirencore has a darker, enigmatic, and mysterious vibe with a color palette of jewel tones, darker shades of blue, green and purple along with hints of black and deep red.

So it’s good to keep that in mind with the pieces that I share with you, if you want to give them that more sirencore flare that you want o play with that color palette.

I will be separating them into four categories: Tops, Accessories, Bottoms, and Dresses, and as always if you want to see any of the links to any patterns I mention, you can find them on my blog post which is linked in the description box below. Alright let’s get started.

Tops

Siren Top by Butterfly Blues Crochet, see the pattern here

First is this Siren Top by Butterfly Blues Crochet. It’s made to measure, so you can easily adjust it for your specific size and it is a video tutorial which is great if you are more visual. It’s more beginner friendly as it just requires basic stitches to make.
They also have a matching skirt to go with it and instructions on how to make it into a dress.

Siren Top by Maana Crafts, see the pattern here

Or make this Siren top by Maana Crafts. This one is more intermediate level and features an oversized hood, a delicate lace neckline and a corset-style back which allows it to be adjusted for a comfortable fit. There are also a number of ways this piece can be customized including: making it sleeveless or have long sleeves, with or without a hood and with a straight or v-shaped hem. Of course for summer maybe you want to try the short sleeve option if you’re in a more hot part of the world, and this one is a paid pattern in their Etsy shop. It’s also a very detailed pattern with a lot of photos and charts and has sizes XS to 3XL.

Next is the ocean waves halter top by Joy of Motion Crochet. There are sizes XS to 3XL, and it is a free pattern on their blog. I also love the colorway that she used here but feel that it would look really great in a darker teal blue and it’s perfect for summer when made with lightweight cotton yarn. It’s worked flat and there are barely any seams which makes it a really beginner friendly project.
