• What if I need to reschedule?
  If you need to reschedule, please email contact@cactusladycreation.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. I’ll be in touch to arrange a new time that works for you.
• If I need to cancel, can I receive a refund?
  You can receive a full refund if you email me at contact@cactusladycreation.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled call. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days. If it’s within 48 hours of your session, the appointment can’t be refunded, but we can reschedule your call for another time.
